Mel did our flowers for our wedding in November last year and it was honestly perfect! They were stunning flowers and the styling was on point. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome on the day. Blooms by Mel is something special. From the beginning Mel created a beautiful proposal which truly showed that she cared to understand our vision and bring it to life. Every detail from our first phone call was encapsulated in this proposal, and so from the very first point we could tell she was a truely pivotal person in our wedding journey.

Throughout the wedding planning process, Mel was not only easy to contact at any point, but a great person to hang out with and vent any of our wedding frustrations to. She cared so much and went above and beyond to deliver our dream wedding. It was so easy to trust Mel and she made it a thousand times better than what we could even envision.

The way Mel reused the florals from the ceremony to the reception was also breathtaking. I am still in awe of how our wedding cake was set up - stunning to say the least.

We and all our wedding guests LOVED getting bouquets of flowers at the end of the night. They were the perfect wedding favour and it was wonderful to see our favourite people go home with a little piece of our wedding and heart.

I cannot recommend Mel enough! I hired Mel to do my wedding florals and day of coordination. The florals were beautiful and stunning, and it feels like she reached into my brain, saw what I liked, and brought it to life, which was a feat in itself as I have no clue when it comes to flowers! but Mel is a genius! She kept in touch in the weeks leading up to the wedding, to answer any questions, put out any fires, to joke with us and help calm any nerves and her help on the day was irreplaceable, she visited us both in the morning, not only to drop off our flowers, but to make sure we were feeling good, to help with any last minute challenges, anything we needed, she met us at the church and then made her way to the venue to finish setting up. It was like having a super organised best friend/cheerleader. We cannot thank Mel enough for making our day that much more magical. Thank you Mel !!!!
